Getafe arrive for their latest match looking to widen the gap between themselves and Valencia in 18th. The three-point lead Getafe have over the relegation zone is hardly insurmountable, and they need to ensure that they keep picking up points, or they will likely slip further down the table.

Of course, the draw still saw Barca move 13 points clear, and with just just games left to go, it looks incredibly unlikely that they will allow this lead to slip. While Getafe will gain confidence from Barca failing to win either of their last two in all competitions, the form book from this season says the points are only going one way. 

Atletico Madrid have been given huge boost after huge boost in their pursuit of Real Madrid and second-place, and they are now just two points behind their arch-rivals. Real's 3-2 home loss to Villarreal coupled with Atletic's battling 2-1 triumph against Rayo Vallecano means the side are in the ascendancy in the race for second. With Real winning just two of their last five, Atleti will feel that they are the favourites to secure second-place judging on current form. 

Almeria are battling for their lives in La Liga, with the team languishing just three points clear of Valencia in 18th. A stunning 2-1 win over their 18th-placed opponents saw Almeria give their survival hopes a shot in the arm, although they know that things could turn very quickly. A win in this one would be huge to their survival hopes, although Almeria will be realistic heading into this match. 

Valencia have been struggling all season, and they now find themselves sitting in 18th with just 10 games still to come. Of course, there is still time for Valencia to move out of the bottom-three and save themselves, but their form has been so bad that it is tough to see where the wins and points will come from.

Sevilla are another giant of La Liga that have underperformed massively this season, with the side sitting just five points above their next opponents and the final relegation spot. A defeat in this one would bring the relegation party right to Sevilla's front-door, meaning losing this match is not an option. Despite Sevilla being in the better form, Valencia are seen as the more viable option heading into the clash.
