Manchester City were able to easily beat Bournemouth in their last match as they kept the pressure on Arsenal at the top. With some huge games to come for the reigning champions, City know they cannot afford to lose this one as it will likely see Arsenal extend their lead over City beyond the five points it already stands at.

Newcastle had to put their Premier League duties to one side last weekend as they played Manchester United in the EFL Cup final at Wembley. Unfortunately for the Magpies, they were unable to ever really get into the game as they fell to a 2-0 loss in the final.

Newcastle have lost their last three trips to City by an aggregate score of 12-0, and most believe the Magpies will return to league duties with a loss.

Chelsea vs Leeds United predictions

Chelsea have been incredibly disappointing of late as their hopes of picking up some form of trophy have quickly evaporated. A 2-0 loss to Tottenham last weekend saw the Blues fall further behind the top-four in the league, with their hopes of securing Champions League football quickly fading.

Leeds were able to pick up a huge win over Southampton in their last match as they breathed new life into their hopes of surviving in the league. A 3-1 win over the Blues when Leeds hosted at Elland Road earlier in the season will give the visiting side confidence that they can upset their floundering hosts again.

Arsenal vs Bournemouth predictions

Arsenal hammered Everton 4-0 in their match in midweek as the Gunners finally played their game in hand. This win has seen the London side move five points clear at the top, and they will be confident that they can secure another big win over 19th-placed Bournemouth.

Bournemouth arrive for this one on the back of a tough 4-1 loss to Manchester City last weekend. While the defeat could have been heavier, it was yet another game in which the Cherries have failed to pick up points. With 24 matches having come and gone, Bournemouth have only won five games, drawing six and losing 13. We predict another tough afternoon for Bournemouth in this one.

Wolves vs Tottenham Hotspur predictions

Wolves

Tottenham

Wolves have failed to win any of their last three matches, losing twice and drawing the other. While they have been better in recent months, they are hardly out of relegation danger. Wanderers sit just three points clear of Everton in 18th, and another defeat could see them slip further down the table.

Tottenham have been in good form of late, and they flexed their scoring muscles in a 2-0 win over Chelsea at the weekend. This win over their floundering rivals saw them move four points clear of Newcastle in fifth. Spurs have played two more games than the Magpies meaning they cannot afford to slow down or they may drop down the table.

Liverpool vs Manchester United predictions

Liverpool were able to make it three wins in four matches as they battled to a 2-0 win over Wolves in midweek. This triumph means they are now just six points short of Tottenham in fourth having played a game less. Despite not having the best of seasons so far, the Reds have battled hard to force their way back into the battle for a Champions League berth.

For Manchester United, this is a huge chance to show everyone just how far they have come. A 2-0 win over Newcastle in the EFL Cup final last weekend saw them pick up the first piece of available silverware, and they will target beating their arch-rivals and moving further clear of the teams outside of the top-four.
