NFL Predictions And Preview

Super Bowl LVII is finally here, with the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Philadelphia Eagles after the pair won their respective Championship matches.

The Chiefs were able to nail a field goal in the dying seconds as they secured a pulsating 23-20 win over the Cincinnati Bengals as they triumphed in the AFC Championship Game.

Meanwhile, the NFC Championship match saw the Eagles take an injury plagued San Francisco 49ers apart in a 31-7 win.

The two top teams in the NFL have managed to make it to the Super Bowl after the pair ended their regular campaigns as the number one seeds in their own divisions. With the two best sides set to do battle, Super Bowl LVII promises to be an enthralling clash.

The Chiefs are the AFC Champions and beat the Jacksonville Jaguars (27-20) before then beating the Bengals in the last round.

The NFC Champions the Eagles swatted the New York Giants aside in a 38-7 win in the Divisional Round before they then eased to a comfortable win over the 49ers at home.

Mahomes to recover ahead of Super Bowl LVII

Patrick Mahomes was once again the main man for the Chiefs as the quarterback came up clutch despite being injured.

Mahomes hurt his ankle, with a sprain threatening to see him miss Super Bowl LVII. Despite this, he threw 326 yards and two touchdowns. While this injury might have seen many players take to the bench, Mahomes was able to show how tough he can be as he starred. He now has two weeks to recover in time for the Super Bowl.

The Chiefs have been buoyed massively by beating the Bengals, with this ending a three-game losing run against their opponents.

History on the line for Philadelphia and Hurts

The Eagles were at their ruthless best against the 49ers last weekend as they completely outplayed their opponents. The 49ers were struck by a string of injuries to quarterbacks Brock Purdy and Josh Johnson. Purdy picked up an injury to his elbow, while Johnson suffered a concussion.

This helped the Eagles to dominate the 49ers, but they will not likely have the same stroke of luck in this one. The Eagles reached the Super Bowl in 2017, while the Chiefs have been one of the teams playing in two of the last three.

Jalen Hurts of the Eagles is looking to become the first dual-threat quarterback to lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy. He will be looking to run the an Eagles' offensive line that has been the best in the NFL.

We are predicting that if the Eagles' pass rush can get at Mahomes, then this match will be incredibly tight. However, if Mahomes comes back fit and firing and can play his natural game, then the Chiefs will add another Super Bowl triumph to their record.
